Include employer and occupation in the memo field of your check.

State law requires us to record the name and address of each individual who contributes more than $20, and to record the name of the employer or occupation of each individual who contributes more than $200.

NOTE:  Minnesota's Political Contribution Refund (MN PCR) program will fully refund donations of $75 per person ($150 per married couple) each year to a state office candidate or a state political party.

Here's how it works:

1. Contribute to "Senate District 45 DFL"

2. SD 45 DFL provides a Political Contribution receipt and a Refund Application form

3. Complete the Refund Application and send to MN Dept. of Revenue with your receipt

4. MN Dept. of Revenue sends you a check for your contribution up to $75 / $150

Note:  The MN PCR was increased to $75 per person per year starting in 2024 (previously was $50).

In the wake of Citizens United, outside groups have more and more influence over our local elections. The only way to fight this is with your help.

1. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with corporate or business credit card or a credit card issued to another person (if contributing online).

2. I am a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e. green card holder).

3. I am at least eighteen years old.

4. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by any other person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
